Warranty Information

  • What is covered by the warranty?

Movement issues arising from normal use, or any defects with manufacturing.

  • How long is the warranty?

It is FIVE YEARS from the date of purchase, and it is good for a ONE-TIME claim per serial number regardless of owner.

  • Is it transferable?

Yes! However, it still has the one time claim per serial number.

  • What do I need to file a warranty claim?

The signed and dated warranty card and the verified hang tag that comes with every Thomas Kane Watch. (Please hang on to your Warranty Card and Hang Tag). Both are needed to file a claim under warranty.

Return Policy

  • You can return the product within 5 days of receiving your order. All returned merchandise must be in new/original/unwraped, and resalable condition with original packaging attached.
  • Return shipping fees and packages are the responsibility of the customer, We do not provide return labels. Please take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package (FEDEX, DHL, UPS or USPS)
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return items if there are:  Any signs of wear, parts of the item are missing. 
  • Please email us at jaykrup@thomaskanewatches.com for full condiotions for shipping the returned product.

** For International customers, please be aware that any return items that are being charged for duties/taxes will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund Policy

  • For return item, once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit/Debit card, Paypal, or original method of payment within 30 working days.
